Erik Startzel
Senior Lending Officer
Erik Startzel joined BD Capital in 2019 as a Senior Lending Officer, prior to that he spent 17 years in the residential mortgage industry, the last ten of which he was the General Manager and head of sales for a large division of Home Bridge Financial Services. He has extensive knowledge and experience with credit markets, lending guidelines, product creation, business development and personnel management. On top of expanding BD Capital’s footprint in New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area, he also will be focusing on implementing new programs that will help them greater serve their customer base
Erik has a Bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University and holds various mortgage and regulatory licenses. In his free time he enjoys working out, spending time with his wife Elizabeth and daughter Mackenzie, Notre Dame football, and hanging in his hometown of New Hope, Pennsylvania.
