History

As the main investment arm of the Segal Family Office and the Segal Family Foundation, our leadership is both experienced as an investor and a user of commercial real estate. Barry Segal founded Bradco Supply and, along with the help of his son, Martin Segal, Founder and CEO at B&D Holdings, grew the business into one of the nation’s leading building supply companies with 150 branches across the United States, before selling the company in 2008.

Today, as a vertically integrated real estate investment operator, we primarily focus on direct investment in industrial real estate through our foundation and various investment entities and partnerships.

B&D Holdings surpasses $500 million in assets under management and shifts its portfolio focus to industrial holdings.

B&D Holdings completes two significant transactions totaling $120 million in partnership with two institutional groups, expanding our national footprint to 9.0 million square feet and over $1.0 billion of assets under management.
